Blessed Is He Who Is Forgiven

Psalm 32:5 says” I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

It is very difficult to bring sinful man humbly to accept free mercy, with a full confession of his sins and self-condemnation. David says I did not attempt to gloss over or conceal the extent of my guilt, but laid my soul bare before thee.

I wonder at times how often do you and I gloss and conceal our sins before GOD? We know that God sees everything we do, and yet when we go before Him we conceal some of our sins before Him.

In life there will always be great floods of waters, in our lives and when they come; but not so as to overwhelm them and destroy them; they are delivered out of them. Now right there you need to shout and thank GOD!

What did we learn today? We need to always confess our sins before the Lord daily, and make sure we confess those secret ones that we think God doesn’t know nothing about. For I assure you, HE already knows about them. AMEN
