Where does “your” help comes from?

Psalm 121:1 say’s I lift up my eyes to the hills– where does my help come from?

My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

This verse is so powerful that it tells me that when I look up to Christ and not my surrounds, I can stand on my own feet for He will not allow my issues or problems to move my feet. And when night falls and it’s time for me to sleep the Lord is never sleeping He watches over me. He is my keeper and when I can’t take the blows of life He covers me with His right hand to block any and everything coming my way.

Have a blessed Saturday today and may the Peace of God be with You this hour. AMEN
