Prophesy Over Yourself

Ezekiel 37:4 says” Then he said to me, “Prophesy over these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.

Yesterday’s Bible Trivia Question: What is faith? It’s Hebrews 11:1 “now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones, ‘Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. Imagine how Ezekiel felt when the Lord asked him to prophesy over these dry bones? Ezekiel knew that only God can bring the dead back to life, and yet God still asked him to prophesy over these bones. What was God saying to him?

Today I ask you, have you prophesied over yourself? I know it might sound strange but, stay with me for a moment. The bible tells us to encourage ourselves and I know for me when I need to encourage myself one of the things I do is, stand in front of my mirror and start speaking God’s word over me. You might as why I do this? Well I do it to lift my spirits, by reciting God’s word over myself.

We must always remember that God says wonderful things about His children, He says we are fearfully and wonderfully made, we are the head and not the tail, God has commanded His angels charge over us. God has given us authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you.

I ask you again, have you prophesied over the dry bones in your life? We all have dry seasons and many things can happen in our dry seasons, the question is are you going to speak to your dry seasons or are you going to keep your mouth closed?

Today’s Bible Trivia Question: What is The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want, what verse is this?
