Painting A Picture Of Your Life

1 Thessalonians 5:14-22 says” And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit, do not treat prophecies with contempt, but test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil.

There’s a saying that a picture is worth a thousand words. If you where to paint a picture what would you paint? Do you enjoy looking at art, while trying to get an idea of what the artist was saying?

Each day we all are painting a picture rather we are at an easel or drawing on paper at a desk. We are painting a picture for the whole world to see as they watch your painting they are drawing their own conclusion as to what you are saying with your life. As Christians the picture we paint for living a godly life is found here in the scripture verse of 1 Thessalonians 5:12-23.

What will be your masterpiece, when you are done painting your life?  What will people say about your life? Seriously give some thought to the scriptures verses I shared with you. For our lives are to be a reflection of God’s Word.
