Seriously, how can you “NOT” consider this!!!

Psalm 8:3-4 says” When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?

The Psalmist is expressing the very nature of God and how He orchestrated everything into its place. Oh how I love to be outdoors in nature and admire the handy work of Our Lord. To think how He created it all by speaking it. I believe in my heart that there are multitudes of people who love being outdoors in nature and many of them haven’t even consider how it was created. But we who are children of God already know that God Himself created the heavens and the earth.

And yet we are blinded by the challenges that we are faced with in life, we forget that the God who created the heavens and the earth is the same God who created you and me. He is the same God that keeps us knitted together. And so often we end up finding ourselves not considering how He knitted us together. That we become unglued and frazzled, by life and our own insecurities.

If we can consider the heavens and the earth and all that God has done and how He placed the moon and stars in orbit, why can’t we consider how precious we are to Him and how He will keep us safe in His Arms?

Today my prayer is this, as we enjoy looking at God’s Creation remember you too are His creation and you will not fall apart. AMEN

  1. That was a loovely and inspirational reminder of HOW GREAT GOD IS! How wonderful to be aware of His grace, Indeed He cares for us so much more than we could ever even care for ourselves.
