Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Everything in life has a purpose. The trees that we enjoy sitting under were here long before man decided to plant them. God placed trees here to give meaning for its purpose.
The moon that we see at night and we admire each night as it goes from quarter moon to half-moon, it’s not just for our viewing it’s design is by its creator for a purpose.
Everything in this life has a purpose, from small to huge God has a purpose for it. Even when it something that you can’t figure out the meaning or when you think it’s insufficient, God has a purpose for it. Over the years of living this Christian life I have come to learn that regardless if I don’t see how it was beneficial to me, it really was beneficial in way.
You and I don’t recognize the purpose in life until we see the outcome, why do we have to wait till a thing is over for us to see its purpose? Can’t we from the very beginning realize that everything has a process and we must go through this process?
What would happen if we changed our thinking and started saying “God has a purpose for all of this and that you and I aren’t going to complain about it but rather we stand on our faith in God. But because we are still growing in the Lord and haven’t matured in this area of what the writer Hebrews 11:1 says’ Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Why must we always battle with seeing for us to believe?
