  1. For me it would be to be more discipline. For example I spend allot of time taking care of my health, watching the foods I eat, getting proper 8 to 9 hours of sleep a night. Going to the gym three nights a week and still I am faced with this one area that bothers me.

Being 53, and in menopause my struggle is my muffin top belly. Seems like some days its smaller and other days its not.

And so I feel like maybe I haven’t discipline to push myself to the next level when working out. I walk 2 to 3 miles a day now, and sometimes when I am not up to walking that much, I tell myself its okay to rest you can skip a day and in the back of my mind I know when I do this I am not discipline in that area.

Embracing menopause and all its changes really does take discipline and acceptance because it’s here and its not going any where. I have prayed about it and I have asked the Lord to help me because He created me and He is fully aware of the changes by body is going through. And of course my emotions about it.
