Good day one and all I am so thrilled this morning having you guys joining me today.
Question: Are you a perfectionist or a procrastinator?
Being a perfectionist is a hoax. We cannot be perfect! Yet many well-meaning people continue to strive for this unattainable goal. I have to say that this is one of my down faults. I’m very hard and expect to much from myself,.I am trying with Jesus help to overcome this. As humans we will never be perfect.
Now it’s your turn to tell me about which one are you. I ask you to keep me in your prayers about this.
Sometimes, procrastination is the result of laziness, and the Bible has plenty to say about that. The Bible commends hard work Proverbs 12:24 and warns against sloth and slackness. One cure for procrastination is more diligence, regardless of the task. The Christian should be supremely motivated to be diligent in his work, since he is ultimately serving the Lord.
Bible note: When I think of both of these words I am reminded of the ant and the sluggard, Proverbs 6:6 says ” Go to the ant, O sluggard, Observe her ways and be wise.
