Your Battlefield Is Your Safest Place

2 Corinthians 20:15 says’ and he said, hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, thus saith the LORD unto you, be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

You’re not just on the battlefield but you have found yourself right in the middle of a battle. Many times, when we are in a battle the first thing we do is say” Lord I want “OUT. The Lord will fight for you on your behalf. But the Lord does expect us to do our part. We are to keep the faith and remain steadfast. The problem with us is that we don’t want to endure. We rather give God a list of all our reasons as to why. Do you really think that what you are experiencing has caught God off guard? Of course not, He sees all.

Endure give us the strength to stay in the battle. It might look as if we are losing the fight it might look like we are surrounded by our enemies, but God has encamped His angels around us. The enemy is very relentless, and he will use every trick he can think of to get you and I to come out of the battlefield. Right now, you are probably thinking that the enemy wants us to come off the battlefield? You heard me correct, the enemy knows that if you stay on that battlefield that you will be endowed from above with power and that is the last thing he wants, for you and me to have. The bible tells says blessed is the man who perseveres under the trial because when he had stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him…James 1:12

You may be wondering how do you break the enemy from being relentless and persistence? The only way to defeat him is by prayer, see your persistence overcomes his resistance. God knows just how much you and I can handle. He will not give us no more than what you can handle.
