Hard Life can Befall us ALL

Psalm 90:12 say’s Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.

Let me ask you a Question: Are the thoughts or deeds in your life are they inviting trouble?

Now before you ignore this I think you should really give this some real thought. Truthfully, each one of us have invited trouble into our lives rather we think we have or not. We need to remember something that everything has consequences  to them.  How many of us are going to be truthful and say, “yes, Lord I have things in my life which are inviting trouble and I haven’t let go of them.

The phrase “number our days” expresses the thought of putting in order, arranging the use of, or prioritizing time because the end of one’s life is fast approaching. Moses wanted us to remember that our remaining number of days grows smaller each day. We are so busy living for the moment that we fail to see a connection between our conduct and our finite lifespan.

The book of Romans 13:11 -12  say’s and do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed the night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.

We number our days by first stop wasting our life on meaningless efforts, we get involved in what the Lord is doing. Make each day count for something, not by what you want to do but to make a difference in others’ lives. Today is the day for you to let them go in your life, because if you don’t it will bring you heartaches and a hard life.
