1 Samuel 3:2 says” and it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see;
When your vision is blurred it makes it very hard to see clarity. When this happens, we will wipe our eyes thinking that there might be some type of film over our lenses. We may even flush our eyes hoping that we can get whatever it is on them out-of-the-way. Because who really likes blurred vision?
Now we go through the all efforts to get clear vision. But did you ever give some thought about your blurred relationship with the Lord, Jesus? That’s right every now and then life elements are thrown in our walk with the Lord and because of those elements we don’t even begin to check our spiritual eyes.Like we do with our natural eyes.
What would happen if we really would take the time to remove the blurriness like we do when something gets into our eyes. Most of the time we don’t even realize it until after everything around us has fallen apart. That we begin to check the thermometer of our relationship with God.
Remember don’t let blurriness get in the way of your relationship with God!
